Johnny Lewis, best known for his role on the television show Sons Of Anarchy, is suspected of being under the influence of the new designer drug Smiles before he committed the crime and then jumped to his death. According to police the behavior of the actor before his death is highly suspect and is typical of the psychotic effects that the new drug can cause. Until an autopsy is completed there is no way to tell if Lewis was under the influence of drugs or not. If Smiles was the reason that Lewis committed murder and suicide it may not be detected in his body. According to Commander Smith “The thing we are seeing lately here in Los Angeles and across the country are synthetic designer-type drugs, something like ‘bath salts’, or the new one we’ve heard around here called ‘smiles.
According to police a neighbor called and reported a woman screaming and glass being broken at around 10:40 on Wednesday morning in Hollywood, California. By the time the police arrived at the address the body of Johnny Lewis was found in the driveway, and the actor had apparently jumped to his death from the roof of the home. Inside police found the landlady dead from strangulation and blunt force trauma, and the woman’s pet cat was found dead in the bathroom and had been mutilated. Neighbors said that Lewis acted with superhuman strength, and attempted to attack two men next door before he fled back to the home where he was renting a room and then jumped off the roof.
