At 38 years old Jameson was recently arrested in the city of Westminster in California, and the charge was misdemeanor suspicion of druiving under the influence. The DUI charge was precipitated by Jameson being involved in a single vehicle accident. Apparently the retired porn star had indulged a little too much and ran her car into a utility pole. When the police arrived it appeared that Jameson was highly intoxicated, and a field sobriety test was performed. After the test Jenna was taken into police custody and booked on suspected DUI charges. After spending around 6 hours in the local jail Jameson was finally released on bond, and she has not made any comment on her arrest publicly. 
Thankfully Jenna Jameson only sustained minor injuries in the crash and was not seriously hurt. If substance abuse treatment is not ordered by the court then Jameson should take it on herself to find the help she apparently needs. As a mother Jenna owes it to her kids as well as herself to get help now before she seriously hurts herself or someone else on the road. At 38 years old the retired actress is a little old to be driving under the influence or partying too hard. Substance abuse treatment is sorely needed and the DUI arrest may put her drinking in perspective for Jameson. This charge can carry significant penalties and stiff financial consequences. The fines will be the least of Jenna Jameson’s worries because reports state she has plenty of money after starring in over 100 adult films before retiring.
