Although it is a Commercial building, we have made every effort to make it feel like a Home. We want clients to be comfortable and relaxed, so they can begin the task of learning to life Clean and Sober.

Almost 18 million people live in Florida, and the capital city of the state is Tallahassee. 85% of the crimes committed in the state are property crimes, many caused by drug abuse and addiction. The state is surrounded on three sides by water and is a peninsula, which makes it easy for drug smugglers to bring drugs in by boat through the Gulf of Mexico. In addition drugs are brought into Florida in many other ways as well, including land and air. This state has an average crime rate this is 22% more than the average national crime rate.

Marijuana and cocaine are both common drugs in Florida. Cocaine is brought in from both Mexico and South American countries including Colombia and Bolivia. The state of Florida is then used as a shipping point for the cocaine, so the drug can be sent across North America. Heroin is also widely trafficked in Florida, and passes through the state to other states in the eastern USA although the incidence of actual heroin use still remains relatively low when compared with other states. Conviction for any marijuana offense can also mean the suspension of a drivers license for a period of time from 6 months all the way up to 2 years.
