Anxiety is a term you have likely heard used over and over again. Rather it is just general anxiety, social anxiety or even another form of anxiety – it is a term commonly used seeing as many people suffer from it. But did you know anxiety is actually a disorder?
An anxiety disorder does not just encompass general anxiety though; it is a generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and agoraphobia, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress disorder. All of these can be brought on by a variety of things, and some of them can even be experienced at the same time. For example, you might suffer from both social anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder, commonly referred to as OCD.
