Possession of marijuana in any amount can mean up to 1 year n jail and a $2,000 fine. Cultivation of marijuana offenses will depend on the number of plants being grown. Cultivation or sale of any amount of marijuana is a felony unless a medical marijuana card is shown. The possible sentence is between and 15 years in prison and a fine that ranges from $1,000 to $10 million.
